A note on the chat-only base Where chatting does not generate all of your revenue, the 20% fee should not silently apply to everything you earn. Your agreement states exactly which income the percentage applies to — chat-attributed income, all post-platform proceeds, or another clearly disclosed base — together with how attribution, refunds and chargebacks are handled.

The commission base is defined before you sign.

We never use a vague phrase like "40% of earnings." Your agreement shows the calculation, worked examples, the payment frequency and any deductions.
