How It Works

A considered path, from first conversation to first review.

No pressure, no obligation, and nothing signed until everything has been explained in writing.

The Process

Seven steps, fully explained.

Each stage exists to make sure you can give informed, voluntary consent — with time to consider, and space to walk away.

  1. Private application

A short, confidential application tells us who you are and what kind of support interests you. We only collect what we need to decide whether to arrange a private consultation.

  2. Private consultation

A relaxed, one-to-one conversation with the founder. We explain how the Society works, discuss your goals and boundaries, confirm age and eligibility, and answer every question — including realistic responsibilities, time commitment, privacy and platform-specific risks.

  3. Fit and expectations

Both packages are explained clearly: who edits, who publishes, who chats and who oversees the account. The proposed commission calculation is walked through with plain-language worked examples. Earnings are never guaranteed.

  4. Agreement, reviewed and signed

You receive the written agreement in advance, with time to review it or seek independent advice. It sets out the commission base, reporting, invoicing, notice period and access permissions — nothing is left vague.

  5. Secure onboarding

Account access is authorised only through a vetted, permitted process with your approval — never through a public form, and never by collecting your passwords or banking details. Named accounts, role permissions and two-factor authentication are standard.

  6. Strategy and boundaries

Together we agree your positioning, a realistic content plan and posting schedule, your voice guide and your messaging boundaries — including permitted content categories, prohibited topics and when conversations must be escalated to you.

  7. The pilot begins

You start with agreed weekly targets, a first review date and a secure communication channel. You receive transparent reports, and the relationship is reviewed openly as it develops.

Always Yours

Your autonomy is built in.

You retain practical control over your account, your content decisions and your payout destination. Before anything begins, you will understand exactly how to revoke access, report concerns and end the relationship under the agreement.

  • You produce, edit and publish your own content.
  • You keep your platform payout account and receive payouts directly.
  • You can see who has access to your account, and how to remove it.
  • A schedule is guidance — never a requirement to produce content you dislike.
  • Nothing overrides your consent, platform rules or your independent judgment.
I'll send you everything in writing, including what we do, what we don't do and how the proposed commission works. Take your time, and only move forward if the arrangement feels genuinely right for you. Our no-pressure promise

Human Oversight First

How messaging support actually works.

"AI chatting" here means human-supervised assistance: suggested replies, prioritisation, translation, conversation summaries and creator-approved messaging guidance. Fully autonomous chat is not enabled unless the relevant platform rules, the vendor, legal counsel and you all expressly support it.

  • You sign a clear account-access and AI-processing consent before anything is connected.
  • You complete a voice, personality, boundaries and prohibited-topics profile.
  • An authorised team member works through an approved CRM connection only.
  • A trained human checks tone, accuracy and your boundaries before messages are sent.
  • Sensitive, bespoke or high-risk conversations are escalated to you.
  • Activity is reviewed regularly, with audit trails and an immediate opt-out process.
What we will never do Promise an in-person meeting, relationship, delivery or custom content you have not approved; pressure a subscriber with threats, false urgency or fabricated emergencies; or upload private conversations into a third-party AI product without a documented lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.
