Age eligibility statement
Valmont Society works exclusively with independently consenting adults aged 18 or older, or the higher age of majority in your jurisdiction. The application form includes an age confirmation, and age and identity are additionally verified securely — through an appropriately vetted provider — before any agreement is signed, any account access is authorised or any adult-industry activity begins. This website does not host or display adult content.
Privacy notice
What we collect
Through the application and contact forms we collect only the information needed to review your enquiry: your name or preferred creator name, contact details, country and time zone, public social profile, creator stage, support interests, availability and anything you choose to tell us. We do not ask for — and you should never send — platform passwords, authentication codes, banking credentials, card numbers, explicit photographs, government ID or sensitive sexual-history information through this website.
How we use it
Application information is used to assess suitability, to contact you about your application and to arrange a private consultation where appropriate. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use application details for third-party marketing.
How it is protected
Information is kept access-controlled and confidential, retained only as long as justified, and handled with appropriate written agreements in place with any technology providers involved in processing it. Where UK or EU data-protection law applies, information concerning a person's sex life or sexual orientation can be special-category data; we treat all applicant information with corresponding care.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or withdraw consent to further contact at any time by emailing hello@valmontsociety.com. Depending on your jurisdiction you may have additional statutory rights, including the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
Website terms
This website provides general information about Valmont Society's services. It does not constitute an offer, a guarantee of acceptance, or legal, financial, tax or immigration advice.
- Nothing on this website guarantees income, follower growth or any particular outcome. Illustrative figures, where shown, are clearly labelled examples — not verified results, testimonials or forecasts.
- Submitting an application does not create an agency relationship. Any working relationship is formed only by a separately signed written agreement that discloses fees, responsibilities and exit rights in advance.
- All website content, branding and copy are the property of Valmont Society and may not be reproduced without permission.
- We may update this website and these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page.
Cookie notice
This website is designed to run without advertising or tracking cookies. It uses only what is technically necessary to display pages and, if you submit a form, to deliver your submission through our form provider. If analytics or additional services are added in future, this notice will be updated first and consent requested where required.
